Nowistay co-host feature details
For Airbnb and Booking
- The nowistay AI co-host is connected to your Airbnb or Booking account.
- If it knows the answer to your guest’s question, it replies on your behalf in under 3 minutes.
- If they don't know the answer to a question, the AI co-host will contact you by email and/or WhatsApp. So remember to disable automatic notifications in Airbnb messaging.
- If the Nowistay AI co-host has contacted you, it will deactivate itself from the conversation with your traveler for 2 hours (NB: this time frame can be customized). Once these 2 hours have passed, it will reactivate itself and take over again.
- In your Nowistay messaging system, you can pause your AI co-host's interaction with a specific traveler to reply to them yourself. The AI co-host will continue to answer other travelers' questions on your behalf.
