For Airbnb
- The nowistay co-host is connected to your Airbnb account.
- If it knows the answer to your guest’s question, it replies on your behalf in under 2 minutes.
- If it doesn’t know the answer, it contacts you via email. Make sure to disable Airbnb’s automatic notifications to avoid confusion.
- If the co-host contacts you by email, it temporarily pauses for 2 hours in the guest conversation. After this period, it reactivates and resumes handling messages.
