How to activate the co-host notifications?

The AI co-host answers over 90% of guest questions, but when it doesn’t have the answer, it immediately alerts you so you can step in with the same level of responsiveness. Email and/or WhatsApp ? Choose the notification channel(s) that will help you stay available in real time.

Step 1: Add a phone number to your property (if not already added)

1. Log in to your Nowistay account.
2. Open the selected property, click on the “…” menu, then select Edit property info.
3. Add a phone number using the international format (e.g., +33 for France, +1 for the United States).
4. Click Save.

Step 2: Select your AI Co-Host notification preferences

1. From your Nowistay account, open the desired property.
2. Click Assistant, then go to the Notifications section.
3. Choose your preferred notification channels:‍
   
   • Email: receive real-time alerts sent by the AI co-host.‍
   • WhatsApp: receive real-time notifications from the AI co-host directly on WhatsApp.

Setup is complete. You will now receive notifications through the channels you selected. Here is an example for a Whatsapp notification:
