As of now, the AI co-host is directly compatible with properties available for rent on Airbnb and Booking.
For other platforms (Booking.com, Abritel, Vrbo, etc.): A connection via the Beds24 channel manager, Smoobu channel manager or Lodgify channel manager is required to enable message automation.
We will keep you informed as soon as integrations with other PMS/channel manager solutions become available.
The AI co-host responds to messages from travelers at any time, once reservations have been confirmed.
When connected to a compatible PMS (Beds24, Lodgify, or Smoobu), the AI co-host even responds to requests for information (before booking). However, it does not negotiate or check availability. It only answers questions about the property and its location.
The AI assistant only responds to travelers whose reservation has been confirmed on Airbnb or Booking (i.e., once the traveler has paid for part or all of the reservation). Therefore, inquiries or pre-booking messages are not handled by the AI co-host.
