As of now, the AI co-host is directly compatible with properties available for rent on Airbnb and Booking.
For other platforms (Abritel, Vrbo, Agoda, etc.): A connection via the Beds24 channel manager, Smoobu channel manager or Lodgify channel manager is required to enable message automation.
We will keep you informed as soon as integrations with other PMS/channel manager solutions become available.
The AI co-host usually responds to messages from travelers at any time, both for booking request (inquiries) on Airbnb and once reservations have been confirmed. If you choose the Nowistay PMS synchronisation, the AI cohost will answer all messages natively without having to do set anything else.
However, depening on the connection method you chose it can be limited to only messages sent after the booking is confirmed. For instance with the direct OTA connection, the AI cohost will answer pre-booking messages only when given full permsission on Airbnb but the very first message is excluded (the subsquent ones will be reponded).
When connected to a compatible PMS (Beds24, Lodgify, or Smoobu), you somtime needs to enable a setting to activate answers to inquiries (e.g Beds24 you need to enable the inquiries).,
The AI cohost does not negotiate prices but it can handle most questions and availabilities (see article).
