Created the same property twice by mistake, or stopped renting one of your properties? You can delete it yourself from the Properties page.
A property can only be deleted once it no longer has an active subscription. The procedure therefore has three steps:
Good to know: if the property card shows the Free tag (for example a duplicate you never subscribed), the property has no subscription. Go directly to step 3.
Only this property is removed from your subscription: your other properties keep their plan, and this property will not be billed again.
Note: if your account still uses the older billing (one subscription per property), Cancel opens the secure payment portal instead. Cancel the subscription of this property there.
The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (or at the end of your free trial if you are still in it). Until then, the property keeps all its paid features, and its card shows:
Once that date has passed, the card shows the Free tag again: the property can now be deleted.
Changed your mind before the end date? Click Subscription cancelled, then Reactivate, and choose the plan again.
The property disappears from your Properties page. To delete several properties (several duplicates, for example), repeat these steps for each one.
Tip: need to keep a record of the property’s bookings? Before deleting it, click Download CSV in the Export bookings section of the same Advanced settings panel.
Deleting a property is permanent and cannot be undone. Everything linked to it in Nowistay is deleted too: bookings, guest messages, missions, welcome guide and AI co-host settings.
Your listings are not deleted on Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO or Expedia. They are only disconnected from Nowistay, so their calendar and prices stop syncing. Likewise, a property synced from Beds24, Smoobu or Lodgify stays in that tool.
The property still has an active subscription (hover over the button to see the reason). Check the tag on the property card:
