If the current night shows as blocked on your booking channels even though your Nowistay calendar is open, it is almost always one of two settings closing the day: the sales cut-off of the property, or the advance notice of your Airbnb listing. Adjust both and guests can book the same day.
Two independent rules can close the arrival day. The sales cut-off, set in the property details, stops accepting new bookings a chosen time before check-in on every channel. The advance notice, set on the Airbnb connection, tells Airbnb how long before arrival a guest can still book. If either one closes the day, same-day bookings are refused, so check both.
You can recognize a cut-off block in the calendar: when you open the date, the restriction reason reads Sales cut-off blocks check-in on this date.
Never combine Same day with a Cut-off time of 00:00. Midnight is the very start of the day, so the booking window closes at the very beginning of the arrival day and all same-day bookings are refused.

Airbnb applies its own booking lead time on top of the property cut-off, so open it too:

The other fields of this tab (preparation time, availability window, allowed check-in and check-out days) are covered in the dedicated Airbnb availability settings article.
Both settings are per property. If you manage several apartments, repeat the two steps on each one. The change applies to new booking searches right away.
A cut-off is not a flaw: it protects your operations when a last-minute arrival is hard to handle. If your team needs time to prepare the property, keep Same day with an afternoon Cut-off time such as 18:00, or choose 1 day before to stop sales the evening prior. Pick the smallest buffer your cleaning organization really needs, so you keep as many last-minute bookings as possible.
