[Booking.com] Welcome booklet links are not clickable in messages: how to make them active?

Have you shared the link to your Nowistay welcome guide in a Booking.com conversation, but… it's not clickable for your guest?
No worries! This is totally normal—and more importantly, it’s super easy to fix.

👉 By default, Booking.com blocks clickable links in messages, unless you manually authorize them in your extranet settings.

Here are the simple steps to make sure your Nowistay links are always visible and clickable.

7 easy steps to authorize Nowistay links in Booking.com

1. Log in to your Booking.com account.

2. In the main menu, click on “Property”.

3. Then click on “Messaging Preferences.”

4. At the top, go to the “Security Settings” tab.

5. Scroll down to the section “Your approved links.”

6. Click the “Add link” button.

7. Add the following two domains one at a time:

www.nowistay.com
traveler.nowistay.com
💡 Important: Don’t forget to click “Save” after adding each link.

What happens next?

Once these two domains are approved, all links to your nowistay welcome guide will automatically be clickable in your future messages sent via Booking.com.
