Reviewing your guests on Airbnb builds your reputation and encourages future guests to look after your place, but remembering to do it after every stay is hard. The Guest Review automation does it for you: a few days after each guest checks out, it posts a 5-star review with a short message you write once.
What it does
Posts a 5-star review of your guest, with a positive recommendation.
Adds the short message you set, so every review still feels personal.
Runs automatically 5 days after checkout, for your Airbnb reservations.
Skips any guest you have already reviewed yourself, so it never replaces your own words.
Before you turn it on
Guest Review is available for a property when all of these are true:
The property is connected to Nowistay as its channel manager (PMS).
The reservation comes from Airbnb (this automation is Airbnb only).
The property has the AI Channel Manager subscription.
Properties that are not connected to Nowistay PMS appear greyed out in the selector and can't be enabled.
How to turn it on
Open Automations from the left menu.
Find Guest Review in the list.
Click Select properties, tick every property you want it to review guests for, then click Apply.
Click the gear (settings) icon next to it.
In Review message, write the public message that will be posted with each review (for example, "Wonderful guests, thank you!").
Click Save.
What happens next
For each Airbnb reservation on the properties you chose, Nowistay waits until 5 days after the guest checks out, then posts your 5-star review with your message. You don't have to do anything else.
Each time a review is posted, a note is added to the property's activity log, so you can always see what was sent.
Good to know
A message is required. If the message is empty, nothing is posted. Add your message and reviews will start going out.
Your own reviews come first. If you already reviewed a guest yourself, that stay is skipped and your review is kept.
It's set per property. Turn it on only for the properties you want, and change the message any time.
Airbnb only. Reservations from other channels are not affected.
