Nowistay lets you export your data as CSV files at any time, with no setup required. There are four ways to do it, depending on what you need: export every booking for one property, export a filtered list of bookings, export your missions, or ask an AI assistant to build a custom export for you through the Nowistay connector. Every CSV opens directly in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.
Use this when you want all bookings ever recorded for one property, regardless of date or status.
The file contains all bookings for that property, sorted by arrival date (earliest first). It is named after the property and the export date, for example my-apartment-bookings-2026-06-02.csv.

Use this when you want bookings across several properties, a specific date range, or a specific status, for example all confirmed bookings for next month.
The export respects your active filters, so the CSV contains exactly the bookings currently shown in your list. The file is named bookings-export-2026-06-02.csv.

Both booking exports (Methods 1 and 2) share the same columns. The column headers are in English:
Booking and channel
Stay dates and times
Guest details
Guest address
Amounts
Other
Missions are the operational tasks linked to your properties and bookings, such as cleanings, check-ins, and maintenance.
As with bookings, the export respects your active filters and contains only the missions currently shown. The file is named missions-export-2026-06-02.csv.
The column headers are in English:
Mission details
Timing
Assignment
Linked booking
If you connect Nowistay to an AI assistant such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini through the Nowistay MCP connector, you can ask for an export in plain language and get exactly the slice of data you want, without filtering anything manually.
For example, you can ask:
The assistant reads your live Nowistay data and returns a ready-to-use file. This is the most flexible option when you need a specific report that the standard filters do not cover.
To set this up, follow our guide: How to connect ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to Nowistay (MCP).
All exports are CSV files encoded in UTF-8, so accented characters and other special characters display correctly in Excel and Google Sheets.
