Sign in with your igloohome account and Nowistay takes care of access: a PIN code for each booking, valid only for the stay, sent in your check-in message. With an igloohome Bridge, guests can also open the door from their phone, and when the AI co-host agrees an early check-in or a late check-out with a guest, it moves the code's hours by itself.

In Nowistay, open Integrations, find igloohome under Smart locks and click Connect with igloohome. You sign in on igloohome's own page and come straight back. No API key to copy.
Choose the property and the lock, name the door the way your guests will understand it, then pick Keypad code, Open via link or both. A second door, such as the building entrance, takes one more click.
Insert the {{smartlock_code}} variable in your arrival message. Nowistay fills in the right code for each booking, on time.
Nowistay's AI co-host replies to your guests day and night, arrival and access questions included, and hands over to you when a request needs a human.
When a guest asks to arrive early or leave late, the AI co-host checks with your cleaning team, or offers it as a paid extra, and replies. Once agreed, it updates the guest's code to the new hours on its own.
Each guest gets their own PIN, valid only for their stay plus a margin you set, from 0 to 4 hours. Nothing to reset between guests.
The code fills in your automated check-in message. You choose how many days before arrival it is created, from 1 to 14.

Nowistay checks for missing codes every 30 minutes and emails you the evening before arrival if a code still could not be created.
Change the dates and the code's validity follows. Cancel the booking and the code is removed from the lock.

Guests open the door from their booking page, only during their stay. You can open it remotely from Nowistay at any time.
The first entry with the guest's code is recorded as their check-in. Get notified, and use it as a condition in your automated messages.
Your igloohome locks work with Nowistay without a Bridge, using the offline codes igloohome generates (algoPIN). A Bridge connects the lock to the internet and unlocks everything else.
