Managing Team Tasks ("Missions")

Introduction

Missions are assignments that you give to your team to manage your short-term rental properties. They can be linked to bookings (such as cleaning after a guest checks out) or be standalone tasks (maintenance, emergency, etc.).

This guide explains how to use all the mission management features in the web application.

Accessing the Tasks Page

  1. Log in to your account
  2. In the main menu, click on "Missions"
  3. You will access the list of all your missions

Page Overview

The missions page displays:

  • A filter bar at the top to search for specific missions
  • A "+" button to create a new mission
  • A checklist button to manage your mission checklists
  • A refresh button to update the list
  • A table (or cards on mobile) listing all missions with their main information

Description (optional)

  • Select the date and time when the task must be completed
  • For tasks linked to a booking, this date is automatically pre-filled

Assigned to (required)

  • Option 1: Select a specific team member
  • The mission will be directly assigned to that person
  • No notification will be sent (direct assignment)
  • Option 2: Select "Based on availability"
  • If only one team member is available for this mission type, they will be automatically assigned
  • If multiple members are available, they will receive a notification to "pick up" the task (pickup system)

  • Useful for last-minute changes without disturbing the team
  • Click "Save"
